| Graham woke up in complete pain because he had sunburnt his eye balls. He forgot to wear goggle the day before at Vail. I'd never heard of this before, but apparently it is a real thing. He was forced to stay in a dark room all day with sunglasses on, thus missing this particular day. Tear. Will he be able to return tomorrow? Only time will tell. Stay tuned. What a cliffhanger. Unfortunately for him though, on this day, A-Basin was totally off the hook. You feel me? |

Student: Why is it colder at higher altitudes?
Dr. Science: Because air temperature is directly related to the speed at which the molecules are
moving. At a higher altitude the pressure will be lower, so the molecules will slow down and
it will be colder.
Student: Why don't trees grow near the top of the mountains?
Dr. Science: The part of the mountain where there are no trees stays frozen for too much of the
year, so plants don't get enough time to grow.
Student: Thanks Dr. Science! You are so smart. When I grow up I want to be just like you!
