Hi-fives are the universal language.
Nice sunset over the mountains
Had to get some kind villagers to ferry us
across the river.  Gotta love the scenery.
We came upon a village that was large enough to have a school.  To the left is their playground.  I
took the opportunity to
do a bit of impromptu teaching.
I really enjoyed interacting with the kids in all of the
villages where we stopped.  Kids everywhere are so cool.
Joana was a girl on our trek who I became
friends with.  Here she is teaching some kids.
Got one foot out the door.
They use this to grind up grains for chickens.
Eyes of a child
Here's the only road in and out of the
village.  Complete with buffalo.
