Angkor Wat
Siem Reap, Cambodia
Chris sprained his ankle hiking in Kanchanaburi, so he opted to fly down to Krabi and kick it on
the beach instead coming to Cambodia with Adam and I.  Probably a good idea since we were on
our feet non-stop.  A few days before I was meant to fly to Phnom Penh, and Chris to Krabi, I
drunkenly hid our passports in my closet for safe-keeping.  Then at 5 am when I needed to fly
out, I couldn't for the life of me find the passports.  I missed my flight, and began the process of
trying to get new passports for us.  Chris was not pleased, as you might imagine.  I felt soooo bad.
Right before we went to the embassy, I decided to take one more shot at my closet.  I started
throwing everything around, and low and behold, the passports came flying out of a beach towel.
Chris made his flight to Krabi and I got a new flight directly to Siem Reap where I met Adam.
Thank God it worked out, but I still feel ill when I think about how bad it could have been.
Sorry, Chris.  My bad.
Angkor Wat was recently a finalist in the competition for the New Seven Wonders of the World.
It covers a massive area and the ruins are truly spectacular.  We spent 3 days wandering about.
It's one of the gems of Southeast Asia.
Looking up in awe.
My maturity level is off-the-charts.
We are sophisticated young lads, Adam and I.
As always, I am fair and balanced.
